Ingredients:
2 cups of water
2 inch chunk of ginger
2 teaspoons of honey
Lemon (Optional)
Preparation:
To make tea, shave the skin off the 2 inch chunk of fresh ginger.
Slice the chunk into 2 cups of water in a small sauce pan. Cover and allow to simmer for 20 minutes.Remove the slices and pour into a mug or glass, add honey and a squeeze of lemon (if needed).Enjoy the taste of home made ginger tea,straight from the farm or market and made in your own kitchen.
